SALON POLICY

1. Parents/Guardians must be responsible for any activities or incidents cause by your children. Also, children are NOT allowed to run around in the salon, especial working area.
2. Please take time to dry your nails/toenails completely, we cannot responsible for polish once you leave the salon, but we will be more than happy to do onetime touch-up.
3. There are no guarantees for customers with short nails bed when artificial nails are applied on.
4. We guarantee our customer's nails against breakage/gel polish chipping for 3 days from the service date.
5. We cannot guarantee polish on natural nails since it does not last long.

6. We are not responsible for any irritation or allergic reaction associated with any products using in the salon. If you have any allergic or any medication that may result in an allergic reaction from the products we use, you must tell us before we start the process.
7. Customer shall be responsible for all of your valuables and personal belonging.
8. Children under 12 years old have permission from parents/guardian to have artificial nails or all service.
9. All service is NON-REFUNABLE.
10.Gift Certificates are non-refundable. They can only use for service. 11.If you have any pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetic open cut/wounds, fungal nails infection, allergic, etc.... please inform us before we perform the service.
12.If you are allergic to latex gloves, please inform us so we may use a different material.
13.Prices, policies, and services are subject to change without notice.

14.We reserved the right to refuse service to anyone.
